How do I qualify as a vendor?

To qualify as a vendor you must submit the necessary business information and meet the minimum ordering requirments. California distributors must submit a valid Resale certificate and Business Lic. #. All other states be in compliance of all business requirments. To set up an account, please complete the vendor form and submit it, and we will contact you promptly.

How many do I have to order?

Minimum quantities are posted for each item. Please follow the pricing tier for product costs. If you want to order a larger quantity than posted, please inquire within for pricing.

Do you have a product gurantee?

All of our products are garaunteed against defects. We do although supply extra batteries with your order. CE will not accept exchanges or refunds for expired batteries. Please replace batteries supplied if necessary. If you still are haveing problems with any function please contact us.

How do I return defective merchandise?

Defective merchandise must be returned to CE within 14 days of receipt of goods. If one or more piecses are found to be defective, customer shall have the right to return only the portion that is defective. CE will supply the customer with an exchange of equal value or issue a refund at our descretion. If the product returned is found not to be defective, we reserve the right to charge a 25% restocking fee, or we will ship the goods back to the customer at the customer's expence.

When will production begin on my custom order?

All custm orders will be submitted only after the customer signs off and approves all graphics. Once the item is submitted for production the order can not be cancelled. Please take the time necessary to examine all proofs before submission.

Do You have special programs for Non Profit Organizations?

CE also offers special pricing for non-profit organizations. Please inquire within for full details.

How do I replace the batteries?

Fiber OPtic Greeting cards do not have replaceable batteries. Each greeting is equiped with small watch size batteries which last a substantial amount of time.

The BNF Hot Lites are equiped with two (2) CR927 batteries which are replaceable. These batteries can be purchased from CE or from most Retail establishments.
