Shipping Information

• All orders are shipped within 24 hours of the time they are received
• All orders are shipped FOB Tracy, CA.
• Please select your service. Ground is standard.
• We accept Visa and Mastercard
• CO Checks are accepted on all COD and pre-paid Orders.
• Terms are extended only when specified.
• We require authorization on all returns
• Any shortages or defects must be reported by customer to BNF within seven (7) days of receipt of merchandise. BNF (CE) only accepts returns on defective merchandise. BNF will not accept returns on used merchandise or unsold merchandise unless otherwise determined in writing by BNF(CE).
• Defective merchandise must be returned within fourteen (14) days of receipt of goods. BNF (CE) will replace the defective merchandise in part or in whole as determined by BNF (CE) If we authorize merchandise for return and find that it is not defective. We will charge and addition re-stocking fee of 25%, or we will ship the merchandise back to the customer at Customer's expense.
• Please make sure that all returns are sent via insured carrier. The package contents should be insured for it's actual value. If the package is lost in route it is the customers responsibility to follow up on all claims.
• Once BNF (CE) receives the goods and has determined the merchandise to be defective, BNF (CE) shall, at its sole discretion provide the customer with either an exchange or refund as determined.
